Last week, Assemblywoman Aura Kenny Dunn joined GTB Partners’ client, Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU), for its “250 Acts of Kindness” campaign and poster session, held in recognition of the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary.
Through this initiative, the FDU community partnered with local organizations and businesses to complete 250 collective acts of kindness—demonstrating a strong commitment to service, civic engagement, and community partnership. As part of the program, students presented posters highlighting their efforts and shared insights on how volunteerism supports mental well-being, fosters personal and professional growth, and strengthens connectionswithin communities.
The event showcased the meaningful role that higher education institutions can play in advancing service-oriented initiatives while preparing students to be engaged and impactful citizens.
GTB Partners thanks Assemblywoman Dunn for taking the time to engage with students and help kick off this inspiring event.
