GTB Partners congratulates Daniel Harris and Stephan Lally on their new leadership roles within the New Jersey Assembly Majority Office.
Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin named Harris executive director of the Assembly Majority Office and promoted Lally to deputy executive director as part of a transition in the leadership of the Assembly Democratic caucus.
New Leadership Roles
Harris previously served as deputy executive director of the Majority Office and as Coughlin’s chief of staff. In his new role, he will oversee policy development, legislative strategy, and caucus operations.
Lally, who previously served as Coughlin’s deputy chief of staff, will become deputy executive director. His new responsibilities will include strengthening relationships across the Democratic caucus and supporting legislators’ district offices.
