Earlier this year, GTB Partners’ Casey Haddox graduated from the United Way of Gloucester County’s Lead (LEAD) Program, a nine-month leadership development program designed to prepare informed and engaged leaders throughout Gloucester County.
LEAD Gloucester County provides participants with an in-depth look at the people, institutions, industries, and issues that shape the county. Through seminars, panel discussions, site visits, and leadership training, participants engage with industry leaders from across the community and gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Gloucester County. The program also provided an opportunity to build relationships and network with fellow leaders from across South Jersey.
As part of the program, Casey contributed to a capstone project focused on a community issue, developing recommendations that were ultimately presented to members of local government. The experience provided an opportunity to apply the knowledge gained throughout the program to a real-world community challenge.
For professionals working in government relations and public affairs, opportunities like LEAD Gloucester County offer valuable insight into the communities and institutions that shape New Jersey. The program brings together leaders from a range of sectors and creates opportunities to build relationships, exchange ideas, and develop a deeper understanding of local issues.
Congratulations to Casey and the entire LEAD Gloucester County Class of 2026 on completing the program!
